Plans are priced per clinic with no setup fees. We're confirming launch pricing and terms with our founding clinics now, everything is put in writing before you commit, so there are no surprises.

We connect to your practice software, sync your schedules and clinicians, and help you brand your booking page and set your rules. Because the back office is self-service, you stay in control after go-live.

Apex Vet is PMS-integrated, that's our focus and our advantage. For cloud-based systems there's no VPN or on-prem hardware needed. Talk to us about your specific setup.

You do. Your data is hosted in Australia (Sydney), is never used to train AI models, and the booking flow carries zero advertising or analytics trackers. Our privacy programme is aligned to the Australian Privacy Act and GDPR.

Starter includes standard support; Professional and Multi-Clinic include priority support. Either way you're talking to an Australian team that knows your practice software.
