For your existing clients, where a vet-client-patient relationship already exists, vets can run a full consult and write a prescription right from the consult screen. New-to-you owners are clearly marked advice-only, so your team always knows the boundary.
There's no monthly fee for Online Consults. A small platform fee is deducted from each completed consult, and the rest is paid out to your clinic. You set your own prices, so you stay in control of the margin.
Yes, owners download the free ApexVet app, sign in with their mobile number, and can immediately see available vets. Clients of your clinic are recognised automatically and see your vets first.
Declining a request refunds the client automatically, no manual refunds, no awkward conversations, no admin for your front desk.
You choose. In your back office you tick exactly which of your vets offer online consults, set their display profiles, and can change the line-up any time.
